WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE
(LAKEMONT EAST BUILDING 1) FORT MILL, SC

This 164,000 square foot facility is operated by Crescent Resources.  The building is equipped with 550 tons of air conditioning, and 197 fan boxes with individual thermostatic zones.  The system includes an onsite graphical based operator workstation with remote access at Crescent Resources maintenance office.  The computerized controls provide full graphical scheduling including holiday exceptions, trend reports, alarm history, optimal start/stop and demand limiting applications.  Additionally the control system monitors the status of the building fire alarm, server room fire suppression and Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm (VESDA) systems.  It is also integrated with the Liebert Air Conditioners, UPS and Power Distribution Systems in the server room.  This provides automated offsite alarming, allowing key Wells Fargo personnel to quickly respond to alarm conditions.

Wells Fargo and Crescent Resources have developed a second building in the same business park.  Through underground fiber optic cable and the Honeywell Webs software, the two facilities will be seamlessly integrated to a common graphical front end.  Access to the system is via Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, through a customized web interface.
